Two parallel structures with four and five full storeys are part of a new urban district at the railway station in Aarburg. The private outdoor space between the two buildings, as well as the square-like public space in front of them, are part of a new identity at this location.
The arcades of the elevated base storey contain commercial spaces of a public character. Above this, people live in 2- to 4½-room flats on four levels. A basement garage offers sufficient parking spaces for flats and businesses as well as for customers and visitors. This building is a component and initiator of a location development.
